PhD Professor Rossana Teotonio de Farias Moreira

Nurse graduated from the Federal University of Paraíba (1999), Master in Hebiatrics from the School of Dentistry of the University of Pernambuco (2011). PhD in Environmental and Experimental Pathology from the Paulista University-SP. Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Alagoas - UFAL. Member of the Brazilian Society of Microbiology (SBM). She has experience in Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care and Emergency, with an emphasis on Child and Adolescent Health.

PhD Professor Regina Célia Sales Santos Veríssimo

She holds a degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Alagoas (2000), a Master's degree in Nursing from the Federal University of São Paulo (2010), and a PhD in Biotechnology from the Northeast Biotechnology Network [RENORBIO] (2015). She is currently an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Alagoas. She leads the research group "Technologies and Evidence for Nursing and Health Care" (TECES) and deputy leader of the research group "Research and Technological Innovation in Wound Treatment." She is also a researcher affiliated with the Wound Treatment Research Laboratory (LpTF) of the School of Nursing (EENF) of the Federal University of Alagoas. She is a permanent professor of the Graduate Program in Nursing (Academic Master's modality) linked to the research line "Nursing, Science, Technology and Innovation for Care." She has experience in nursing, with an emphasis on nursing and biotechnology, focusing on clinical research for health, health technologies, evidence-based nursing, wound care with an emphasis on the development of products based on medicinal plants or synthetic substances, and nursing informatics. She teaches undergraduate nursing programs, covering "Methods and Processes of Nursing Intervention 1," and postgraduate programs, including "Evidence-Based Nursing and Database Searches." She is a member of the core faculty of the undergraduate nursing program at the AC Simões Campus. She is a member of the undergraduate nursing committee at the EENF (Nursing and Nursing Education Center) and the committee of the graduate nursing program. He is head of the Undergraduate and Technical Education Activities Management Unit (UGAGET) belonging to the Teaching and Research Management (GEP) of the Professor Alberto Antunes University Hospital (HUPAA).
