Graduated in Nursing and Obstetrics from the Federal University of Alagoas (1990). Master's degree in Nursing from the Federal University of Bahia (2001) Doctorate in Nursing from the Federal University of Bahia (2012). Currently, She is Adjunct Professor IV at the Federal University of Alagoas. She has experience in Nursing, with an emphasis on Nursing in Women's Health, working mainly on the following topics: normal birth, adolescent pregnancy, women's health, puerperium, prenatal, primiparous, women's health phenomenology, ethnography, Health of the black population, teenage pregnancy and humanization.

Experience in Nursing for approximately 20 years. Specialist in Occupational Nursing, Education and Public Health, Doctorate in Sciences, Occupational Health with emphasis on Quality of Life and psychosocial aspects at Work, postdoctoral student in the area of ​​​​occupational health - financial sector was a member of the Brazilian Association for Quality of Life - ABQV - until 08/2018. Coordinator of Brasilprev Quality of Life actions from 04/2014 to 08/2018, with award Winner of the National Quality of Life Award in 2016. Worked as an Occupational Nurse since 2007 - Occupational Health Management - JPTE Engineering - Petrobras until 03/2014. Work in the academic field, as an undergraduate and postgraduate professor at Inesul - Londrina and Unisantos - Catholic University of Santos, Educacional, teaching elderly health and occupational nursing II courses for the postgraduate course in occupational nursing. Evaluator of the National Quality of Life Award - 2019. Currently, she is an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Alagoas in the Area of ​​​​Public Health. Member of Abrasco since 2019 and WFPHA since 2019. Publications in journals at conferences, Proteção magazine 2012, an international engineering journal, publication of a book on Quality of Life and Psychosocial Aspects among Civil Construction Workers.
