Note of Condolence
Roberta Zaninelli do Nascimento

It is with deep consternation that the Management of the School of Nursing at the Federal University of Alagoas announces the death of Professor Roberta Zaninelli do Nascimento, aged 49, which occurred this morning in Campina Grande-PB.
Born in Londrina, Paraná, on February 1, 1976, Professor Roberta graced us with her presence from August 13, 2018, when she accepted the call to join the teaching staff of our School, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and affection that soon made her an essential part of our history.
Roberta was a woman of serene light, a frank smile, and a warm presence. Dedicated to teaching, research, and outreach, she sowed the seeds of care like one plants flowers in fertile soil—with gentle hands and an open heart. Her joy was a beacon in difficult times, and her commitment to nursing education was a constant inspiration.
She was, above all, a generous friend, a sensitive colleague, and an unforgettable educator. Wherever she went, she left her mark of tenderness, ethics, and excellence.
In this time of mourning, we extend our most sincere condolences to her brother Ricardo, who accompanied her with such zeal, and to her nephew Arthur, 4 years old, whom she loved so much, as well as to her dear sister-in-law Valdirene, who gave her so much support.
The UFAL School of Nursing decrees three days of official mourning in honor of Professor Roberta's memory and invites the entire academic community to unite in respect, gratitude and longing.
She left too soon, but she remains alive in everything she touched with sweetness, courage and wisdom.
Rest in peace, dear friend and Professor. Your presence will remain among us forever.
We are waiting for information about the location and times of the wake and burial so that we can release it.
